This AI & data analytics consulting firm seeks an agile Palantir Foundry Engineer to design and deploy complex industrial data solutions in either Zurich or Lausanne. Operating with a startup atmosphere, this position integrates you into agile, multi-functional project teams tasked with building robust infrastructure and running “engineering for good” or high-leverage commercial client deployments.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline & System Engineering: Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot complex big data pipelines and processing frameworks using a mix of open-source and proprietary platform tools.
- Quality & Optimization: Drive rigourous automated testing, platform optimization, and developer tooling to guarantee exceptional data quality and pipeline reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, machine learning experts, and business operators to continuously iterate on and deliver new product capabilities.
- Client Delivery: Interact directly with technical and business stakeholders, translate functional enterprise needs into architecture, and deliver impactful end-user presentations.
Requirements
- Palantir Platform Core: Minimum 1 year of deep, hands-on experience within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem, including strong familiarity with AIP, Workshop, Code Repositories, and Pipeline Builder.
- Security & Data Modeling: Solid understanding of advanced Foundry data governance, including restricted views, markings, multi-source data connections, and core Ontology architectures.
- Programming Proficiencies: High technical proficiency utilizing Python and PySpark for complex data transformations.
- Soft Skills & Travel: Exceptional client-facing presence, an analytical problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to travel to domestic client sites up to 10% of the time.
- Pluses: Prior foundational knowledge of semantic data modeling or basic data science concepts (such as classification, clustering, or regression techniques).
