Founded by Matt Hobson, StantonWolfe was created to improve on the outdated recruitment models available to the data industry.

 

We help data-driven organisations define, identify and secure the talent to achieve their data objectives, and provide support with DE&I and recruitment process improvement.

Matt Hobson

Founder & Director

Matt started work in the SAP space in 1999 and quickly became one of the leading BI recruiters in Europe. His passion for all things data, led him to manage highly successful recruitment teams in the UK, USA and Netherlands. He now lives in Amsterdam and Munich, is very passionate about F1 (Mercedes of course…) and during the summer he can be found attempting (failing…) to kitesurf.

Aleksandra Isaeva

Lead Talent Partner

Aleksandra is a senior tech recruiter with 7 years of experience building top-tier teams. Her expertise lies primarily in the realms of data and software development, where she has successfully brought together talented individuals at all levels across Europe. Fun fact: If she hadn’t become a Tech Recruiter, she would have pursued a career as a Data Scientist.

Jana Rosen

Data Community Manager

Originally from London now living in Munich, Jana is responsible for overseeing our DACH data community. She also assists with client and candidate engagement, but her absolute passion is organising our fantastic networking events. She has recently been pushing hard to produce a StantonWolfe podcast… so watch this space…

Sanne Wouters

Advisor & Coach

For the past six years Sanne’s sole focus has been large data projects. Whether on-prem migrations or data lakehouse architectures, she has helped companies to align their strategy and recruitment processes. As a pioneer of DE&I in the recruitment industry, she also advocates to remove unconscious bias in the tech industry and supports our customers with DE&I reviews and strategy.

Teddy

Head of Wellbeing

Teddy is owned by Sanne, and quickly established himself as the Head of Wellbeing at StantonWolfe. When he isn’t trying to make us smile, you can find him chewing a bone or playing with his favourite toys. Teddy recently became social media sensation, clocking over 70,000 Instagram views in a day.
